While traveling from Washington State to Utah, my prosthetic broke. We literally were in the middle of nowhere. It was close to 5:00pm and I was desperately trying to find some place to fix it. I called Brownfield Prosthetics in Meridian, Idaho. They were going to close but worked me in first thing the next morning. What I didn’t expect was just how kind, professional and understanding they were. They treated me as if I were one of their regular patients. I never was made to feel like I was “work in”. I saw Barry Jones who was knowledgeable and helpful. They were able to fix my prosthetic within minutes. Thankfully it was an easy fix. But the most shocking part was when they refused to charge me. I offered to pay for their time or for fixing it. They would not have it. There are not many businesses in the world today that would do that. They care about the person not the bottom dollar. I’m almost sad I don’t live in Meridian Idaho as I would use Brownfield Prosthetics as my clinic. You cannot go wrong with this company. I am blessed to have found them.

Wonderful staff. I worked with Lisa she is very good at what she does. Gives easy to understand instruction and demonstrates how to but ted hose on and off. Answered all my questions. Great person to having working for your company.

Amy & the staff have changed my life forever!! I recently lost my leg due too an accident and going thru a nightmare with competitor in the valley I met Amy! After going thru 2 different made wrong prosthetics, they hooked me up with a suction cup leg and I’m in PT for the first time and learning how to walk again at 53 years. It’s been a long 3 year process. They continue to treat me like family and I’m forever greatfull for their time and care and what this has done to make my like a quality of life going forward.
