I want to thank one of Class C Components customers for recommending Class C to us as a supplier! Since that recommendation, Class C has become more than that to us, they have become a true partner in our business. We run a metal fab shop in central Minnesota with about 48 employees, so I am sure we are not one of Class C’s largest customers, but, they treat us like we are their only customer. Most notable is their attention to complete customer care. Customer service does not end with our inside rep Matt or our outside rep Mark, it is with the entire team. The team in the warehouse that packages kit components for us, the guys on the loading dock, Katie greets you with a smile and professional touch when you walk in the front door. If you are trying to build a world class team, take a look at Class C and model your business after them. As my old man used to say, “Price, Service and Quality…pick two, you can’t have all three” Class C is as close to getting all three as you can get! From the account manager being attentive to our needs and not being an over-bearing sales person in any way, to the customer service team being quick and responsive to our needs, to the VMI tech who visits to refill the bins, all around great staff. The pricing is fair, communication is excellent, couldn't want anything more from a great partner.
