I have been a patient of Dr. Chai’s at Trifecta Optometry for a couple years. I suffer from severe dry eye disease, Meibomian gland dysfunction and ocular rosacea. I have seen many other doctors before seeing Dr. Chai and I can honestly say that she has profoundly changed my life for the better. She is an expert on these conditions and anyone who sees her will receive the latest, most helpful treatments. It is very clear that she has devoted her life’s work to helping people with these conditions and it shows. I saw many eye doctors prior to Dr. Chai who said there was nothing further that could be done for me, but Dr. Chai is continually monitoring the best treatments and anyone who sees her will receive the best care. I highly recommend her. She is compassionate, professional, and a leader in her field. Her office staff are also all fantastic. Without question, she is the best eye doctor I’ve ever seen.
