They worked with our schedule and to make sure a proper installation took place, even in December. From start to finish they were attentive, communicative and thorough. Joey from Blue Spruce was great. I have a Velux Skylight that became inoperable and he tried to troubleshoot. But, turns out I have to have Velux come here directly to perform warranty work. But, I have to hand to Joey for trying to troubleshoot as much as he could before having to bring in the factory folks.
