Welding Techniques for Fabrication
Welding process is widely used in the industry include oxy-acetylene, manual metal arc or shield metal arc (SMAW), submerged arc welding (SAW), metal inert gas (MIG), tungsten inert gas (TIG), thermit welding and cold pressure welding. Most of these processes have special fields of influence like resistance welding is popular with the automobile industry, thermit welding for joining rails in situ, MIG welding is particularly suited for welding of low carbon steel structures as also welding of stainless steels and aluminium, TIG welding is more popular with aeronautical and nuclear industries, SAW welding for ship building, cold pressure welding by food processing industry, and the like. Excellent service and thoughtfulness, in that my daughter's trampoline was missing a part so needed a replacement. Supplier had none, as was last of stock, so choice was get one online that might of been OK, or get one copied from one we had. Went to S.A.M.S late Friday expecting it to be ready the following week. But they stayed back and completed an exact match the same day, as they 'didn't want to have my daughter go without the trampoline over the sun filled weekend' . Hats off to them. Quality workmanship, solid duplicate (most likely better than the original), and most of all a very happy daughter thanks to their dedication to provide the part for her. Can't put into words how good the workmanship is and the service from them. Will be the first and only choice for me whenever I am in need of some metal work.

Sam helped me solve a problem I had with an IKEA desk which I wanted to use standing up. He and his father welded new metal poles and it was a marvellous job. Done with a lot of humour. So reasonably priced. Thanks Sam!!
